Your responsibilities
You are responsible for leading and coordinating tendering work and ensuring that business is driven forward with high quality. This means that among other things you:
- Lead and project manage the entire tendering process within public procurement in Sweden, Norway, and Denmark.
- Coordinate and engage internal stakeholders within sales, product, service, and controlling.
- Ensure quality, structure, and compliance in tender documentation.
- Analyze pricing, competition, and business models to strengthen the offer.
- Analyze and follow up on both won and lost tenders.
- Ensure handover from won tenders to relevant internal functions.
- Coordinate contract meetings with customers and internal stakeholders.
- Participate in and drive go/no-go decisions.
- Contribute to the development of working methods, templates, and processes.
Important to know
You are based at Dräger's Nordic headquarters in Gamlestaden, Gothenburg, with the possibility of hybrid work. You lead several parallel tenders within public procurement in Sweden, Norway, and Denmark, often with high complexity and large business values. The role involves close collaboration with Key Account Managers (KAM), product managers, service, and support functions such as finance and controlling, and also includes follow-up and handover after winning deals.
Our expectations
We are looking for you who have experience with public procurement and who thrive in a role where you get to combine analysis, structure, and business. You have worked with tendering processes or in a similar business-facing role where you have driven processes forward and coordinated several stakeholders. You are used to taking ownership of the entire process, from analysis to implementation and follow-up.
You have a good understanding of LOU (Swedish Public Procurement Act) and preferably experience with procurement in a Nordic context. You are accustomed to working with complex deals where both the big picture and details are crucial, and have the ability to analyze pricing, setup, and outcomes to strengthen the business over time.
As a person, you are structured, meticulous, and resilient. You take responsibility for your deliverables and are motivated by achieving results. You are inclusive in your working style, communicate clearly, and have the ability to create engagement around common goals. You thrive in a role where you both drive the work forward operationally and contribute with a strategic perspective.
