FOREX is the market leader in travel currency in the Nordic region, offering expertise and services related to travel finance. We help our customers maximize their travel budgets, both in stores and in digital environments with high accessibility for our customers, which places demands on both our systems and our workflows.

As an IT Technician, you will become an important part of our team responsible for the entire FOREX IT environment. At FOREX, we are constantly working to develop and improve our services and products, and as an IT Technician, you will be a part of this work. You will be based at our headquarters in Stockholm.

Your main responsibilities include:

• Providing technical support to users via phone, email, and on-site.
• Administration and improvement of our Office 365 environment.
• Working closely with third-party vendors.
• Documenting the IT environment.
• Managing and resolving issues related to hardware and software.
• Installing and configuring computers and printers.

To succeed in this role, you need relevant work experience and have worked with IT support. You should have experience with the following technical areas: AD, DNS, Office 365, Entra ID, VPN, Windows Server, and Windows clients.

Additional qualifications include knowledge of JIRA, PowerShell, Azure, Intune, and MAC.

We are looking for someone who is genuinely interested in IT and has good communication skills. You are structured, have a positive attitude, and are willing to help out where needed.
