The Staffing Center is a municipal operation responsible for Huddinge Municipality's substitute management within its own organization. Our mission is to staff and recruit hourly substitutes for various operations within functional support and elderly care during short-term absences such as illness, vacation, or education.

We are currently looking for summer substitutes for home care. Our home care services are spread across Huddinge, with offices in central Huddinge, Flemingsberg, Vårby, Stuvsta, Trångsund, and Skogås. We are also looking for staff for the Night Patrol and Alarm Group, which responds to security alarms within Huddinge Municipality. We also have two day activities for people with dementia in Stuvsta and Trångsund. Days here are filled with singing, music, shared cooking, and walks. Your Profile

To be considered for the job, you must be available immediately and able to work at least three days a week as an hourly substitute. You need to be able to work more during the summer, and it is an advantage if you are available for substitutes with a schedule for at least 4 consecutive weeks. We have operations that are open every day of the year. Therefore, you need to be able to work varying hours, which may occur during the day and evening, both weekdays and weekends. Since you work at different times of the day, high demands are placed on flexibility.

You who apply for the position should have experience working in care and support. It is particularly advantageous if you are trained as a nursing assistant and hold the title from the National Board of Health and Welfare, as well as experience in home care. It is also an advantage if you have a B driver's license and can cycle.

The job places high demands on initiative, teamwork, and problem-solving. You need to be confident in yourself and comfortable working with people who are in great need of continuity, structure, and care. We are looking for you who have a professional attitude characterized by a good view of humanity and good treatment. You need to understand the needs and feelings of other people in care tasks with our residents, as well as in the work group.

You have a good command of Swedish in speech and writing.

Good computer skills are required as documentation is done on the computer.
