About the Role
This is a full-time consultancy assignment lasting 6 months. You will be employed by Bravura and work as a consultant at Dagab. There are possibilities for extending the assignment.

Dagab creates, stores, and delivers the assortment to the chains of the Axfood group, such as Hemköp, Willys, Snabbgross, Urban Deli, and Apohem. They also develop their own brands such as Garant, Eldorado, and Såklart. Responsibilities
In the role of Master Data Administrator, you work operationally with item administration related to a larger deposit adjustment within the categories of beverages, snacks, and confectionery. The assignment involves adjusting items, where existing item numbers are replaced by new ones – with a requirement that the correct prerequisites, flows, and data follow along.
The work is largely hands-on in SAP and requires you to methodically and carefully mirror items, ensure correct information, and follow the item through the entire flow – from supplier to warehouse and further out into the chain. You have ongoing contact with suppliers and work closely with category managers, while also being part of a team where colleagues support each other when needed.
Examples of tasks:
- Administer, update, and quality-assure item data in SAP
- Mirror and replace item numbers during deposit adjustments
- Ensure that the item flow works correctly through the warehouse and chain
- Maintain close contact with suppliers regarding documentation, deposit reconciliations, and discrepancies
- Contribute to ongoing work related to new regulations and increased sustainability requirements
The role is clearly administrative and volume-heavy – each item takes time and requires focus. You receive good support from the team and category managers, but are expected to be able to drive your work independently.
Education, Experience, and Personal Qualities
- Experience with administrative tasks
- Familiarity with working in SAP is a plus
- Very good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written
- Good knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Excel
Merits:
- Experience with master data or item administration
- Experience from grocery retail, warehousing, or the supplier side
- Understanding of product flows and item structure

You take responsibility for your tasks, work methodically in systems, and find it easy to collaborate with others in a team with many contact surfaces. You are solution-oriented and contribute to driving the work forward with quality in focus.
