You who apply need to be flexible, and it is an advantage if you can work at all times of the day as our operations run 24/7, all days of the week, year-round. Our customers may need help with hygiene, dressing, exercise, meals, and everything that belongs to a full life.

What qualities should a personal assistant have?

Your job is a service profession, and as a personal assistant, you need to have a sense of responsibility and respect for personal integrity. You need to be flexible and sensitive to someone else's needs. We match our assistants with our customers and place the greatest emphasis on personal qualities rather than education. It is an advantage if you, as an applicant, have a driver's license. We have several summer job vacancies.

We have offices in Hudiksvall, Karlstad, Västerås, Stockholm, Östersund, and Umeå. The goal of our operations is for our customers to be able to live as independent a life as possible. We have collective agreements: Kommunal and Fremia for personal assistants. Holiday pay, shift allowances, and other salary supplements are added according to the agreement. We also offer a wellness allowance of 2,000 SEK for full-time positions per year, workplace coffee breaks, and other benefits.
