Are you a technical and service-oriented support technician with experience in Windows 10? Then we have the job for you!

On behalf of our client, we are now looking for a Support Technician starting immediately! In this role, you will provide support to employees in Sweden, Norway, Denmark, and Germany. You will troubleshoot in a Windows 10 environment and provide technical support and guidance to users in their daily work.

We are looking for someone who is technically skilled, logical in their approach, and has the pedagogical ability to help users clearly and professionally.

Responsibilities

Support users in the Nordic countries and Germany
Troubleshoot and handle incidents in a Windows 10 environment
Provide technical support and user assistance
Ensure high-quality service and efficient problem-solving

Other Information

Contract period: Immediate start until August, with the possibility of extension up to 6 months
You will be employed by us at StudentConsulting as a consultant and work at our client's office in Stockholm.
