Is your specialty M3 and ERP?
Do you want to work close to the business, understand the company deeply, and make a real difference through smart and sustainable system solutions – in a company that cares about both people and products?
We are now looking for an Application Specialist & IT Business Partner, with a focus on Finance, Accounting, Controlling, and Corporate Services. Here, you will have a central and responsible role in a company that is investing long-term in digital development, sustainability, and modern ways of working – in an environment where local engagement meets the strength of a global context.
Job Description
As an Application Specialist & IT Business Partner, you will become an important part of the Lactalis Nordic Shared Service and the IT and applications team. You will have a central role in developing, optimizing, and managing Infor M3 CloudSuite, Medius, and other applications, with a clear focus on creating stable, efficient, and business-oriented solutions that strengthen operations.
By combining deep system understanding with a strong business perspective, you ensure that our solutions not only meet today's needs but also support future development and changing requirements. This includes tasks such as:
- Capture business needs and translate them into clear requirements, initiatives, and solutions
- Manage, configure, and further develop our business applications
- Prioritize and plan together with the business, keeping business benefits in focus
- Build strong partnerships and actively support change management
- Support users in their daily work and drive continuous improvements
- Coordinate IT and change initiatives in close collaboration with the business
- Plan and ensure quality before releases and system updates
- Participate in or lead IT-related projects
- Identify opportunities for automation and digital tools that strengthen efficiency and competitiveness
- Ensure clear and structured documentation of changes in our system solutions
In this role, you act as a vital bridge between IT and the business, serving as the natural contact point for questions regarding Infor M3 CloudSuite and other applications. At the same time, you will become part of a team that works closely together, complements each other's skills, and values collaboration and knowledge sharing.
We offer you excellent opportunities for both personal and professional development in a company that is investing long-term in its digital journey, where IT and application development are highly prioritized areas.
Qualifications
We are looking for you with a relevant university degree and several years of documented experience with M3, either in a consultant role or as a super-user in a line function. Experience in project work within ERP and database management is meritorious. To succeed in this role, we believe you are a proactive and curious problem solver with the ability to take initiative and get things done, while also being an open-minded, non-hierarchical team player who is receptive to others' perspectives. You feel comfortable interacting with internal and external stakeholders and are driven to be part of developing both new solutions and the company. You speak and write both Swedish and English fluently.
What do we offer you?
At Skånemejerier, we constantly develop our business and therefore need driven and curious employees who dare to test new paths, enjoy working with others, and have the drive to influence which paths we take. Since Skånemejerier is part of the Lactalis Group, which has production in about fifty countries on four continents, this gives our employees access to a wide range of competence development and the opportunity to build international networks.
Our purpose is to nourish the future by producing really good food that tastes great and is good for you, not least by caring for people, animals, and nature throughout our value chain. We want a culture characterized by joy in work and achieving results, guided by the values of ambition, engagement, and simplicity. We strive for collective and individual achievements that develop both the company and people. We act as entrepreneurs, are responsible and loyal, and we are accessible, non-hierarchical, open, and pragmatic. At Skånemejerier, we value good leadership, rewarding collaborations, and a welcoming and inclusive work environment. Here, you have the opportunity to develop, grow, and influence our common path forward. Come and join us.
