SENIOR ACCOUNTANT

In this role, you are responsible for both the quality of accounting and financial reporting, as well as driving projects and development initiatives related to new business ventures, systems, and ways of working.

You will become a key link between Business, Finance, and IT – helping to ensure that our financial processes are scalable, efficient, and adapted for continued growth.

The role reports to the Head of Accounting & Treasury.

Main Responsibilities:

• Responsible for ongoing accounting and financial closing
• Ensure correct reporting according to regulations
• Lead finance-related projects (e.g., new companies, markets, and initiatives)
• Set up and quality-assure financial flows and structures
• Drive improvements, automation, and process development
• Act as a bridge between Finance and IT
• Support the team with complex accounting issues

Your Qualifications:

• Degree in Economics with a focus on Accounting
• Several years of experience in qualified accounting work and financial closing
• Experience in project management or change management
• Good system proficiency and interest in digitalization/automation
• Fluent in Swedish and English

ABOUT THE POSITION
Employment type: Permanent position with an initial 6-month probation period.
Start date: Immediately
Location: Head office in Borås

Selection and interviews are conducted on an ongoing basis.
