About the role

As a Shop Salesperson with technical responsibility, you will be the hub of operations in Sisjön. You will work with personal sales over the counter, assist customers via phone and email, and perform assembly jobs and warehouse work.

In this role, you will have a varied daily routine where you one moment help customers in the shop and the next moment pick orders in the warehouse or assemble products according to customer needs. You will become an important representative of the company and the face of the business towards the customer.

The duties will include, among other things:

• Sales and customer service in the shop
• Customer contact via phone and email
• Technical advice and problem solving
• Assembly of products and hoses
• Order picking and warehouse work
• Ensuring order and structure in the shop and warehouse

We are looking for you who:

• Have a technical interest and enjoy practical work
• Are service-oriented and enjoy customer contact
• Are self-motivated, responsible, and solution-oriented
• Thrive in a varied role where you get to combine several tasks
• Communicate fluently in Swedish, both verbally and in writing
• Hold a manual category B driver's license

It is an advantage if you have:

• Experience from retail or sales
• Experience from warehouse work
• Technical competence in areas such as vehicles, hydraulics, or pneumatics
• Experience in hose assembly or similar
