Hagmans Nordic operates in the chemical and surface treatment industry, offering products and solutions within paint, cleaning, wood protection, lubricants, rust protection, vehicle washing, and specially tailored technical fluids. The business covers both own production and customized private label solutions, including filling, packaging, laboratory services, innovation, development, warehousing, and distribution. About the role

As a KAM-Coordinator (Key Account Manager Coordinator), you work closely with our Key Account Managers and serve as a crucial support in working with our key customers. The role involves broad administrative and coordinating responsibilities where you contribute to ensuring high service levels, efficient workflows, and strong customer relationships.

You have many contact points within the group for Limhamnshus industry and collaborate daily with several departments, such as logistics and supply chain, to support the KAM organization in the best possible way. In this role, you also serve as an important contact point for our key accounts and ensure that questions, cases, and customer needs are handled professionally, smoothly, and in a solution-oriented manner.

Your main responsibilities

  • Build and develop long-term customer relationships with a focus on high customer satisfaction and professional service.
  • Handle customer inquiries, support cases, and order administration including registration, follow-up, and feedback.
  • Prepare reports, update price lists, and administer customer-related documentation and bonuses.
  • Provide administrative support to Key Account Managers, including profitability calculations and follow-ups.

Requirements

Experience in customer service, customer support, and administration in a customer-facing role. You are relationship-building, service-oriented, and accustomed to taking significant personal responsibility.

  • Structured, meticulous, and solution-oriented with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Communicates fluently in Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing.
  • Very good system proficiency and excellent knowledge of Excel and the Office suite.
  • Positive and unpretentious team player with high energy.
  • Experience with Dynamics 365 Business Central is a plus.
