We are a first-generation family business operating within car sales and service. Toveks Bil was founded in 1994 by Gregor Tovek, who remains the main owner. The group employs approximately 850 people and has an annual turnover of around 5 billion SEK. We have facilities in 18 locations, primarily in West Sweden, and are authorized dealers for Volkswagen, Audi, SEAT, Skoda, Volkswagen Commercial Vehicles, and Scania.

We operate through three different companies under one common brand – Toveks Bil.

As a Service Advisor at our company, you are the face of the business and the central hub of operations. You welcome our customers, guide them through their service process, and provide support and guidance. A major part of your role is ensuring that every customer feels welcome and leaves with a positive experience. Your main responsibilities include digitally creating service and repair orders in our systems, scheduling customers' vehicles in the workshop, receiving and handing over vehicles, pricing jobs, and calling customers with price quotes. You will also assess warranty claims, handle insurance cases, process customer complaints, and advise customers. The computer and its systems, along with the telephone, are your primary work tools. In your work, you contribute to optimizing the workshop's productivity and operations.

We are looking for someone with experience in a service role who thrives in a position with high customer contact. You are accustomed to handling multiple parallel tasks simultaneously and are solution-oriented. Furthermore, we believe you have a strong sense of commitment and personal integrity. We expect you to drive your work independently and see tasks through to completion. As a person, you are results-focused and strive to develop yourself, your role, and your team.

In the role of Service Advisor, you will interact with customers daily in our showrooms, over the phone, and via email. You will work with market-leading brands and the latest vehicle technology, such as connected cars, apps, and electrified vehicles. This requires technical knowledge and interest.
