We are now looking for an experienced and independent procurement specialist for an exciting assignment focused on IT procurement and call-offs within the public sector.

In this role, you will work closely with the business operations and be responsible for driving and executing procurements of goods and services, with a special focus on IT-related purchases and re-tenders. You will play a key part in ensuring commercial, legally secure, and efficient procurement processes in accordance with current legislation and internal guidelines.

The work is carried out using electronic procurement tools as well as in a Microsoft Office environment, requiring a structured and independent working approach.

• Drive the entire procurement process from requirement identification to award

• Execute IT procurements and IT call-offs in accordance with the Public Procurement Act (LOU)

• Work with re-tenders

• Ensure that procurements are conducted in compliance with legislation, processes, and routines

• Provide support and advice to the business regarding procurement matters

• Work with electronic procurement tools and manage associated documentation

• Hold an academic degree in fields such as economics, law, or equivalent training within procurement

• Have excellent knowledge of the Public Procurement Act (LOU)

• Have experience independently driving entire procurement processes

• Have at least 7 years of experience in practical procurement work within the public sector

• Have experience with IT procurements according to LOU

• Have conducted several open or negotiated procedures with prior advertising

You are structured, commercially aware, and confident in working independently on complex assignments.
