About us

Brobacken is a care and support residence in Upplands Väsby. It is a special housing facility with 76 apartments distributed across somatic and dementia wards. The facility is located right next to Upplands Väsby station.

About the position

We are currently looking for new employees: two assistant nurses for day, evening, and weekend shifts. Our task is to provide our residents with a meaningful, secure, and active daily life. We work based on each resident's individual needs.

Your duties include motivating, providing good care, assisting with personal hygiene, and supporting residents in their daily lives, as well as participating in and carrying out activities. Household chores such as laundry and cleaning are also included. Healthcare tasks may be performed under the delegation of a registered nurse.

You will work scheduled hours during days, evenings, and weekends.

Are you the one we are looking for?

We are looking for someone who:

• Has completed education as an assistant nurse and holds proof of a protected professional title
• Has experience in elderly care
• Is experienced with documentation, preferably in Pulsen/Combine, which is the system we use
• Can express themselves fluently in Swedish, both verbally and in writing, to avoid misunderstandings

Additional education in dementia care is considered an asset.

As a person, you are positive, stable, and a good team player. We also value someone who is skilled at and enjoys building relationships with others.
