We are currently looking for a Customer Service Representative for a project with one of our clients, an established company within parking solutions based in Täby. Here you will have the opportunity to work in a service-oriented role in a business where customer interaction and quality are central. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be an important part of the team and assist customers with questions and issues related to parking, payments, registrations, and permits. The role involves significant customer contact where you work in a solution-oriented manner and always strive to provide a positive interaction.

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Responding to incoming customer inquiries, primarily via phone and, if necessary, via email.
• Handling questions regarding parking, payment, registration, permits, fees, and similar customer issues.
• Providing clear, accurate, and service-oriented information to customers in accordance with the company's procedures and guidelines.
• Performing simple contract administration tasks such as registration, control, and updating of data.
• Checking that incoming data is correct and complete in relevant systems.
• Forwarding inquiries to the responsible function within the organization when necessary.

Requirements for the position

• Fluent in Swedish and English.
• Previous experience in customer service, preferably in an office environment.
• Comfortable using the Microsoft Office suite.
• Completed upper secondary education.

About the employment

• Type of employment: Fixed-term contract.
• Start date: Immediately until mid-August, with a high chance of extension.
• Working hours: Monday to Friday, approx. 09:00–17:00.
