We are a first-generation family business operating in car sales and service. Toveks Bil was founded in 1994 by Gregor Tovek, who remains the main owner. The group employs approximately 850 people and generates a turnover of around 5 billion SEK. We have facilities in 18 locations, primarily in West Sweden, and are dealers for Volkswagen, Audi, SEAT, Skoda, Volkswagen Commercial Vehicles, and Scania.
We operate through three different companies under one common brand – Toveks Bil.
We are now looking for a driven and energetic salesperson for our facility in Borås. The role involves independently managing the entire sales process, from the initial customer contact to test drives, offers, delivery, and customer care. Your customers will include both private individuals and businesses of various sizes. You will work proactively with prospecting and activities both inside and outside the showroom. In this sales role, you are responsible for your own development, supported by our organization. We provide robust sales processes, training, and excellent IT systems to help you succeed as a salesperson with us.
In Borås, we are a group of happy and positive salespeople, and we are looking for you who want to be part of this and contribute to our friendly atmosphere. It is an advantage if you currently work in sales, perhaps in retail or field sales, and wish to take the next step in your career. We would like you to be technically interested, as the cars you will be selling are modern, electrified, and connected. Additionally, a general interest in cars is a plus.
As a salesperson, you need to be like a chameleon: good at connecting with people but also structured in your work and processes. We believe you fit the description: driven, engaged, and with a desire to make good business deals. Together with our brands, we will provide induction and ongoing training throughout your employment. You will become part of a team consisting of experienced salespeople who are happy to share their knowledge. Start date: According to agreement
Salary: Fixed monthly salary plus commission
Location: Borås
Scope: Full-time
