About the role

As a Service Coordinator, you will be a key person in the company, focusing on ensuring that customers receive the right service and maintenance for their equipment. You will work closely with technicians and customers to contribute to a trouble-free everyday life and efficient delivery.

What we offer

The employment at Solserv is for a period of 6 months. Working hours are weekdays from 07:45 to 16:30. All work takes place on-site at Solserv's facility in Nyvång, Åstorp. There are currently 8 employees working at the site.

Responsibilities

As a service coordinator, you play a key role in maximizing product performance and user satisfaction. Your focus is on planning and booking service interventions, both through proactive maintenance and quick ad hoc solutions, carried out by Solserv's technicians at the customer's site.

We are looking for someone who thrives in close collaboration with colleagues to keep our service level top-class. At Solserv, we value self-leadership and genuine drive; you are a "doer" who sees what needs to be done and acts on your own initiative.

We are looking for you who

  • Have a basic understanding of technical equipment and IT systems
  • Have good communication skills in both spoken and written Swedish and English
  • Have the ability to solve problems independently and prioritize tasks
  • Are service-oriented with a professional attitude

It is an advantage if you have

  • Education and/or work experience as a service technician, first-line support, or coordinator
  • Experience with administration

To succeed in the role, you are helpful, organized, and responsible.
