Villa Lovik is looking for a responsible service star on a full-time basis, May – September with possibility of extension

Do you get a kick out of contributing to the concept of "unforgettable meetings by the sea", featuring good food, poolside hanging out, and padel? Who doesn't! We are looking for you who want to take our guest experiences at Villa Lovik to the next level. Here, our guests will experience a pleasant mix of relaxation, activity, and of course, well-prepared food, great cocktails, and top-class service. This is a fixed-term position with the possibility of extension.

Villa Lovik is located with a view of the sea at Elfviks Udde on Lidingö. The property features 73 hotel rooms, 9 meeting rooms, a gym, pool, spa, restaurant, event hall, padel courts, and our own cooking studio. Our four-legged friends are also welcome here.

Your Profile

To be considered for this role, we are looking for someone with the following:

• At least 5 years of experience in the restaurant industry.
• Result-oriented with a good understanding of economics.
• Unpretentious, clear, responsive, and responsible.
• Able to motivate other employees to work towards set upselling goals.
• Believes in efficient operations, an open-door policy, and honesty.
• Thrives in active service roles, whether for conferences, parties, or weddings.
• Works well in collaboration with other departments and contributes to creating a family-like and fun workplace.

About the Role

At Villa Lovik, you will work closely with the Restaurant Manager and share operational responsibility for the daily running of the restaurant, conference facilities, and event floors. You will ensure that guests have an experience that exceeds their expectations by delivering professional service in a relaxed environment. We cater to a large number of private guests.
