GOveteran is now looking for a highly experienced salesperson.
This is a role for you who have worked in sales for a long time. You have built customer relationships, prospected, booked meetings, closed deals, and worked towards budgets and results. You are documented as successful in proactive B2B sales.
We are now looking for you who want to use that experience for something greater than just another sales target.
With us, you do not just work with sales. You help change the perception of age, competence, and experience in the Swedish labor market. GOveteran.se has been working every day since its inception in 2005 to create jobs for seniors, show the value of experience, combat age discrimination, and help companies and private individuals gain access to experienced competence.
At the same time, you build businesses, customer relationships, and a local network of experienced retirees who want to continue working.
Responsibilities
- Prospecting and new customer processing
- Booking and conducting customer meetings
- Sales to companies, housing associations (BRF), and private customers
- Relationship building and follow-up
- Recruitment and contact with retirees who want to work
- Matching between customers and senior competence
- Development of local operations
We are looking for you who
- Have documented long experience in sales
- Have worked with proactive B2B sales
- Are confident in customer dialogues and negotiations
- Are self-starting and business-minded
- Enjoy building relationships and networks
- Want to contribute to changing the perception of 50+ in working life
It is an advantage if you have long experience in staffing, recruitment, proactive service sales, relationship sales, or building local businesses.
