We are now looking for you who don't just want to serve – but who want to help drive our restaurant and shop forward.

What does the role involve?

This is fundamentally an active waiter role – you are part of the operations, meet guests, serve, and are where the action is. The difference is that you also have greater responsibility with us: you hold the restaurant together during your shift, step into the head waiter role when needed, keep track of the flow, and help plan staffing and schedules. In other words, you are both on the floor and one step ahead – without losing pace or closeness to the guest.

In addition, you will:

• Be responsible for the restaurant's operations
• Manage and develop our shop
• Step in as head waiter when needed
• Create schedules and keep track of staffing

We believe that you:

• Have experience from the restaurant industry (and perhaps some leadership qualities)
• Have basic knowledge of wine & cocktails (you don't need to be a sommelier – but you should know what you are doing)
• Are quick, solution-oriented, and enjoy it when it's busy
• Are service-minded down to your fingertips
• Are a team player – we help each other here, always
