About the Role
As Marketing Manager at ISEC, you are responsible for planning, executing, and monitoring the company's marketing strategies to strengthen the brand and promote our products and services. You report directly to our Chief Product Officer (CPO) and play a central role in the company's continued growth and brand building.
The role is broad and autonomous – you drive both long-term strategy and operational work, from digital presence and campaigns to trade shows and customer events.
Key Responsibilities
- Marketing Strategy: Develop comprehensive marketing plans and go-to-market strategies aligned with ISEC's business goals.
- Graphic Identity: Manage and develop ISEC's graphic profile, including logos, visual elements, and work templates (presentations, official letters, etc.).
- Campaign Management: Lead the execution of multichannel campaigns, both digital (SEO, social media, email, web advertising) and traditional (trade shows, customer-specific demos).
- Marketing Coordination: Build and manage a network of external suppliers and collaborate with internal departments (Sales, Production, R&D) on the production of marketing materials – digital (brochures, white papers, campaign videos) as well as physical (booths, giveaways, customer events).
- Web Management: Ensure ISEC's website is updated regarding content, SEO, and development projects.
- Digital Presence: Coordinate ISEC's presence in social channels (primarily LinkedIn) together with external marketing partners.
- Brand Building: Build and maintain a positive image of ISEC as a high-tech company – both internally towards employees and externally towards customers, partners, and suppliers.
- Budget and ROI: Allocate and manage the marketing budget to ensure maximum return on investment and cost-effectiveness.
- Follow-up and Analysis: Monitor and report key performance indicators (KPIs) such as web traffic, conversion rates, and social engagement to continuously optimize efforts.
Qualifications
- Master's degree (MSc) in Marketing, Communication, or equivalent education.
- 3–5+ years of experience in B2B marketing with a proven track record of owning and driving campaigns.
- Good knowledge of marketing and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) and a strong understanding of SEO, SEM, and CRM systems.
- Experience with graphic tools such as Adobe InDesign or similar.
- Excellent communication skills in speech and writing, creative problem-solving mindset, strategic vision, and ability to lead under pressure.
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written. Additional language skills are meritorious – preferably Swedish, French, or German.
