Hogia Terminalsystem develops and implements software that serves as critical infrastructure for terminals and ports. No two customers are the same, making the work both varied and challenging. As an Implementation Manager here, you will work on technically complex assignments with real impact, in a small, tight-knit company with short decision-making paths, surrounded by colleagues with deep industry knowledge.

About the role

As an Implementation Manager, you are responsible for your team of two people and for implementing and launching our terminal systems for both new and existing customers. You lead the work from preparation to go-live – in close collaboration with the customer, developers, and support.

Every customer has unique processes and technical prerequisites, which requires your ability to understand the business, adapt solutions, and ensure that the systems work in practice.

In this role, you will:

• Drive multiple parallel implementation and launch projects
• Coordinate work between customer, development, and support
• Be responsible for the consulting group linked to the deliveries
• Monitor budget, schedule, and quality
• Conduct training and ensure customers get started according to our process
• Identify areas for improvement and contribute to the further development of methods and products
