Do you want to work close to the operations in a growing logistics company where quality and customer experience are in focus?

M3 Logistics is a premium 3PL company that handles the logistics chains for approximately 50 customers daily – from warehousing to picking, packing, and distribution. We have around 50 employees and are based at our facility in Länna industrial area, south of Stockholm.

About the Role

As a Customer Service Representative with us, you will have a central role in the operations, acting as the link between the customer and the operational team.

A typical workday involves:

• Continuous contact with customers via phone, email, and meetings
• Handling customer cases related to warehousing and deliveries
• Administrative support for daily operations
• Preparations for invoicing and follow-ups

The workday is varied, and the pace can change. You need to be able to switch between different types of cases, reprioritize when conditions change, and maintain structure and quality in your work.

The role is operational and “hands-on”, with close collaboration with warehouse staff and colleagues in the business.

Who We Are Looking For

This position suits you if you have experience in customer service or administration and want to work close to the operational activities in a logistics company.

We believe you:

• Have good administrative skills and are accustomed to working in systems and Excel
• Enjoy a role with a lot of communication and problem-solving
• Have a structured approach even when several cases are ongoing simultaneously
• Can adapt when priorities change in the business
• Fluently speak and write Swedish and English

Experience with warehouse management systems, such as Ongoing, is an advantage but not a requirement.

Both junior and more experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
