About the role

In this role, you work closely with production and have clear responsibility for analysis, follow-up, and controlling related to costs, volumes, inventory, and profitability. You are a key partner to production and management, contributing insights that are translated into concrete decisions and improvements. Much of your day-to-day work involves understanding what drives the business in production – and having the courage to challenge figures, working methods, and assumptions. Here you get to combine analysis with operational presence in an international industrial environment. A role for you who wants to be where the action is and make a real difference. You report to Pierre Mostofi, CFO for the European group.

Main responsibilities

• Drive analysis and follow-up of results, profitability, production, and projects
• Responsible for budget, forecast, and variance analysis
• Work with standard costs, inventory analysis, and inventory reporting
• Support investments through calculations, scenarios, and decision support
• Develop KPIs, BI reports, and financial steering
• Participate in efficiency, R&D, and corporate development projects
• Coordinate sustainability and CSRD reporting
• Contribute to digitalization and the use of AI within controlling and analysis

Who are you?

You have an education in economics and previous experience in business controlling, preferably from a production environment. To succeed in the role, you have a structured approach and are confident in your analyses, while being curious and wanting to understand what actually drives the business. It is natural for you to make complex information understandable and useful for others. You thrive in dialogue with both managers and colleagues in the operations, take personal responsibility, and have the drive to make things happen. Furthermore, you are a confident system and BI user and communicate fluently in Swedish and English.
