As a HIL Engineer, you will work with the development and maintenance of test environments and automated test frameworks for advanced systems within the automotive and electronics sectors. You will become a key part of the team responsible for HIL infrastructure, test automation, and release flows.

Your main responsibilities will include:

• Troubleshooting and fixing bugs in test environments and integrations.
• Integrating and maintaining HIL rigs and test equipment.
• Collaborating closely with system engineers and development teams.

• A university degree or Master of Science in Mechatronics, Electronics, or a similar field.
• At least 1 year of professional experience in a similar area.
• A genuine interest in both testing, hardware, and software.
• The desire to understand how systems work at a deep level.
• Fluent English skills, both written and spoken.

It is a plus if you have experience with:

• HIL systems or automotive development.
• Pytest.
• Powertrain, ICE (Internal Combustion Engine), or E-mobility.

This is a consulting assignment, meaning you will initially be employed by Friday. The ambition from both the client's and our side is that you will subsequently become a permanent employee at the client company.
