Assignment Description

We are looking for an experienced SAP FICO Solution Architect to join a large-scale S/4HANA greenfield transformation program.

What You Will Work On

Lead solution architecture and design for SAP FICO within an S/4HANA greenfield transformation
Design and implement scalable and integrated SAP finance solutions
Support end-to-end finance transformation initiatives across global operations
Gather business requirements and perform fit-gap analyses
Configure and optimize SAP FI and CO processes
Support testing, cutover planning, training, and go-live activities
Ensure integration between SAP and legacy/non-SAP systems
Drive process improvements and finance system modernization initiatives
Collaborate with finance, business, and technical stakeholders
Support governance, architecture standards, and best practices
Mentor junior consultants and support knowledge-sharing initiatives
Contribute to Agile delivery and transformation methodologies

What You Bring

10+ years of SAP FICO experience
Minimum 5+ years working as a Solution Architect
Proven experience from at least two full-cycle SAP implementations
Strong hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA transformations (greenfield experience preferred)
Deep expertise within SAP FI and SAP CO modules
Strong understanding of SAP integrations with external and non-SAP systems
Experience with financial processes, configuration, and enterprise architecture
Experience working within automotive or manufacturing industries is highly beneficial
Familiarity with Central Finance, VIM, Blackline, SAC, and SAP Activate is advantageous
Agile mindset with experience using tools such as JIRA
Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
SAP certifications are considered a strong advantage
Ability to work across both strategic and hands-on technical activities
