In partnership with Svensk Cater, we are now looking for an Economic Manager for the office in Linköping. Here you will have a central and operationally close role with significant independent responsibility, where you work broadly within finance and become a key support to both management and the organization.

About the Role

The role of Economic Manager is broad and varied, encompassing the entire range from ongoing financial work and accounting to administration and operationally close support, where you become an important part of making everyday financial flows run smoothly. A large part of the work involves handling supplier invoices, matching purchases against invoices, and ensuring that everything is registered and matches correctly in the systems, in an operation characterized by high tempo and extensive daily purchasing flows, which places demands on both structure and accuracy to keep processes efficient and stable.

In the role, you work closely with colleagues in sales, purchasing, and warehouse, functioning as a natural bridge between finance and operations, where you are continuously involved in dialogues regarding issues such as invoice queries, discrepancies, and customer setups that require quick and well-founded financial assessments.

Examples of tasks:

• Ongoing bookkeeping and financial administration
• Supplier and customer accounts receivable/payable as well as invoice management
• Monthly closing and reporting to headquarters
• Dunning management and collection cases
• Administration related to payroll data, expenses, and absence
• Collaboration with operations regarding financial issues and discrepancies
• Follow-up of results and identification of areas for improvement

We are looking for you who

• Have post-secondary education in economics
• Have at least three years of experience from a similar role, for example as an Economic Manager or Accounting Economist
• Communicate fluently in Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing
• Experience working in Navision and Medius is considered an advantage

About the Employment

This is a consulting assignment for an initial 18 months where you will be employed by us at OIO.
