Apoteket Östra Sjukhuset is centrally located in the Hospital Area, with a steady stream of customers throughout the day. As a hospital pharmacy, we welcome hospital patients, hospital staff, and residents in the surrounding area. Our team consists of 24 dedicated employees with different areas of responsibility, ensuring that we are always here to help our customers.

The working hours for this position are within the framework of the local pharmacy's opening hours: Every day 8–22.

Our pharmacy technicians always work with care, quality, and the customer's needs in focus. In your role with us, you contribute to a safe, professional, and welcoming experience for everyone who visits us. In your role, you handle self-care advice and take responsibility for safety and service in every customer meeting. As a pharmacy technician, you also assist our pharmacists with prescription medicines.

• Assist pharmacists with prescription medicines.
• Provide professional advice and create added value in every customer meeting, with care and understanding for people's different needs.
• Work with sales leadership, responsible for developing self-care sales.
• Continuously monitor sales development through established KPIs.
• Plan, implement, and follow up to ensure our campaigns are effective and that the right information and products reach our customers for the best outcome.
• Coach, educate, and lead pharmacy staff for success in every unique customer meeting.
• Ensure that the pharmacy is always sales-ready with attractive signage and well-stocked shelves.
• Contribute ideas and initiatives to develop both the workday and the customer experience at our pharmacy.

For this position, you need to be a trained pharmacy technician, with a clear interest in people, health, and self-care.

• You have at least a few years of experience working at a pharmacy previously.
• You have previous work experience from sales within pharmacy or retail.
• You have a strong interest in sales.
• You are communicative, clear, and good at motivating and inspiring others.
• You are goal-oriented and have a strong business understanding.
• You are structured, solution-focused, and accustomed to working towards clear goals.
