About the Role

This is a full-time consultancy assignment lasting 7 months. You will be employed by Bravura and work as a consultant at PreZero. There are good opportunities for extending the assignment.

In Sweden, PreZero is present at approximately 60 locations, employs over 1,100 people, operates more than 50 recycling and receiving facilities, and manages waste handling in around 40 Swedish municipalities. Their operations create value not only for the customers they deliver recycling services to, but also for the manufacturing industry and the energy sector by processing waste into valuable raw materials for new production.

💼 Responsibilities

As a customer service representative at PreZero, you will become an important part of the customer service team, interacting with customers daily via phone and email. You will be responsible for receiving, handling, and following up on incoming cases related to PreZero's services in waste management and recycling. The role involves both service and administration, ensuring that customers' inquiries, orders, and follow-ups are handled in a professional and efficient manner. You will work closely with your colleagues in customer service as well as other internal departments to create a smooth and high-quality customer experience.

You will receive thorough induction and become part of an engaged team where collaboration, structure, and service are in focus.

Working hours are Monday to Friday between 07:00–16:00.

Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Receiving and handling incoming calls and emails from customers regarding PreZero's services
  • Registering, administering, and following up on customer orders in the system
  • Ensuring correct customer information and handling simpler administrative tasks related to the order flow
  • Collaborating with customer service and other departments to ensure high service levels and efficient processes

🔍 Education, Experience, and Personal Qualities

• Completed upper secondary education

• We prefer that you have work experience in customer contact via phone or have previously worked in a service-oriented role

• Fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written

• Meritorious with knowledge of business systems (e.g., order, invoicing, accounting, and statistics programs)

• Meritorious with experience from the environmental and recycling industry

In the role of customer service representative, you are expected to be service-oriented, structured, and solution-focused. You learn quickly and take responsibility for ensuring your tasks are performed correctly. You have a positive attitude and good teamwork skills – you enjoy working in a team but also have the ability to work independently. You are solution-oriented, ask for help when needed, and are happy to contribute to the smooth running of the entire group. Personal suitability is highly valued.
