Rusta DC in Norrköping is now looking for an HSEQ Manager who wants to take clear overall responsibility for quality, safety, working environment, and compliance – in a business-close role with real impact.

Tasks and Responsibilities

As HSEQ Manager, you have a central and business-critical role where you build, structure, and drive HSEQ work at a high pace. You combine strategic work with operational presence and ensure that structure, legal requirements, and ways of working function in practice. The role is located at Rusta's distribution center in Norrköping, the hub of the company's expansion and one of Northern Europe's largest automated high-bay warehouses. You are part of the management team and report to the Site Manager.

Your assignment:

• Establish structure and drive the development of HSEQ work
• Ensure compliance with regulations within working environment, environment, quality, and safety
• Develop and manage management systems, processes, and policies
• Lead deviation, risk, and incident management
• Monitor KPIs and report to management
• Responsible for audits, improvement, and change work
• Coach and support managers in HSEQ matters
• Personnel responsibility for three employees (including one manager)

Your Profile

You are a confident, clear, and driving leader who thrives in complex environments and likes to create order where it is truly needed. You are communicative, pedagogical, and resilient – and bring the organization with you even during change.

To succeed in the role, you need to have:

• Relevant university education or equivalent experience
• At least 5 years of experience in HSEQ/OHS, working environment, or compliance
• Documented leadership experience
• Experience with management systems (ISO 9001/14001/45001 or equivalent)
• Good knowledge of Swedish working environment and environmental legislation
• Accustomed to working with SAM, risk analyses, improvement work, and audits
• Very good Swedish in speech and writing
