We are now looking for an engaged and business-driven Sales Manager Fruit & Vegetables who wants to take overall responsibility for our already strong department and develop it to the next level.

Our fruit and vegetable department is known as one of the finest in Eslöv, with a wide assortment, high quality, and a clear customer focus. Now we are facing the next phase where we want to renew, develop, and strengthen our offering even further. 🍎 About the Role

As Sales Manager Fruit & Vegetables, you have significant and important responsibility for the entire department's operations and development. You work both operationally in the daily business and strategically to improve results and customer experience. You are responsible for purchasing and assortment with a focus on quality, seasonality, and trends, while ensuring that the department is always inspiring, well-stocked, and sales-oriented through thoughtful merchandising.

You drive sales with a clear business focus and have full responsibility for the department's results, including margins and shrinkage. Through careful monitoring, analysis, and planning, you continuously work to optimize profitability and streamline processes. The role requires the ability to see the big picture, make decisions, and simultaneously be present in the daily work together with your team.

We are looking for you who have experience from the grocery retail industry, preferably within fruit and vegetables or similar fresh food areas, and who have previously held a leadership responsibility. You are business-minded, structured, and have a strong drive to develop both the business and the people. You thrive in a role where the pace is high and where you are expected to take initiative and drive change. Your interest in food, quality, and trends is genuine, and you have a natural sense of what creates an attractive and inspiring store environment. You have previous experience with AOB, Min Butik, or similar systems.

🍏 Employment Terms

The position is approximately 30–36 hours per week plus weekend duty, starting as soon as possible. Salary according to agreement. The store's opening hours are 07:00–21:00 every day. Our selection is ongoing, so please send in your application soon.
