We are now looking for an experienced Business Analyst for a long-term assignment involving the implementation and development of business-critical financial systems.

About the assignment

In this role, you will primarily work with the implementation of M3 as an ERP system, focusing on the development and implementation of finance-related functions. Development work within other applications may also occur.

You will become part of Finance Solution – an IT and application team that supports business development, IT development, and the operation of financial applications within the organization. The team works closely with the business and other parts of the client organization to create efficient and sustainable solutions.

Key Responsibilities

As a Business Analyst, you will work with tasks such as:

• Business development and needs analysis
• Requirements gathering and management
• Translating business needs into developable requirements
• Integration mapping between financial systems
• Testing and quality assurance of solutions
• Collaboration with development teams and the business in agile ways of working

Your Background, Experience, and Competencies

• Several years of experience as a Business Analyst, 4–8 years of experience.
• Extensive experience in requirements work and integration mapping.
• Experience working with the M3 ERP system.
• Good understanding of financial systems and financial processes.
• Experience with Jira and agile working methods.
• Ability to work independently and drive issues forward.
• Fluency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written, is a requirement.

You are a solution-oriented and structured person who is accustomed to communicating with both the business and IT. You easily build trust and thrive in a role where you capture needs and proactively suggest improvements.

Assignment period: Start as soon as possible, expected to last until 31/1/2027.
Scope: 100%
Location: Västerås.
On-site presence in Västerås throughout the entire assignment period is required.
