Information about the position:

Your work as a Project Manager is characterized by structure and delivery. This position is part of our staffing service, meaning you are employed by Sodajo and work as a consultant for our client.

As a Lighting Project Manager, you are responsible for the entire project process from the early stages, contributing with everything from technical solutions and planning to implementation and delivery of lighting installations for both existing and new customers. You manage projects such as roads, parks, and tunnels in public environments, with a focus on quality, functionality, and sustainability.

The role combines technical work with a strong project and business focus, where you coordinate resources, schedules, and deliveries. You work in a structured and solution-oriented manner to ensure efficient and feasible projects.

Responsibilities:

• Overall responsibility for driving technical projects, including planning, control, budget, and implementation, as well as direct leadership and coordination of technicians working in the field.
• Ongoing contact and communication with external parties, including companies, authorities, and other key stakeholders, to coordinate and report on project status and compliance.
• Ensure that project goals, timelines, and budgets are followed through structured follow-up and documentation.
• Ensure that quality and environmental requirements are met throughout the project lifecycle according to current legal requirements and governing documents.

We are looking for you who:

In this recruitment process, personal qualities are highly valued. Either you have worked in a supervisory role and are ready to take the next step, with a clear background in construction/contracting and/or electricity distribution, or you have previous experience in project management within a relevant area. We see you as a strong communicator with broad technical understanding, capable of handling various stakeholders and driving projects forward. You have the ability to quickly adapt to new environments and assignments.

You hold a valid driver's license (Category B) and are fluent in Swedish and English.
