Description

Specialist Psychiatric Clinic 4 is an outpatient clinic within Northern Stockholm Psychiatry (NSP) located centrally at S:t Eriksplan. Here, a structured approach is combined with flexibility, and the daily routine is characterized by lack of hierarchy, collaboration, and open dialogue.

The clinic has a general psychiatric basic assignment where we work with medication treatment, psycho-pedagogical treatment, occupational therapy interventions, psychosocial work, and group therapies. In the same building in the Atlas area, other highly specialized outpatient clinics belonging to NSP are also located; the proximity to these enables good collaboration between the clinics.

We are approximately 25 employees, and our work group at the clinic consists of a wide range of professional competencies such as doctors, nurses, psychologists, social workers, occupational therapists, care assistants, and medical secretaries. At the clinic, you will be one of six psychologists.

Job Responsibilities

As a psychologist at our clinic, you work with both assessment and treatment of all psychiatric conditions. You will perform neuropsychiatric assessments with varying questions, participate in baseline assessments for new patients, and conduct evaluations prior to patients' participation in various types of interventions, including functional assessments.

The psychotherapy provided is based on CBT. For ADHD, we mainly offer group therapy; individual therapy is offered primarily for other diagnoses. You will have access to supervision in both CBT and assessment work. The work at the clinic is team-based, and you will work together with both psychologist colleagues and other professional groups. We expect you to be engaged in the psychologist group and the development of the team.

Qualifications

We are looking for you who are a licensed psychologist with a great interest and commitment to the patient group and who enjoys collaborating. We would like you to have experience from psychiatry and have previously worked with neuropsychiatric assessments. You have developed the ability to meet people with varying conditions.

You need to be independent, flexible, and have the ability to create good relationships with patients and colleagues. You should be able to plan, prioritize, and independently manage your administration in a structured and responsible manner. You have CBT in your education and preferably experience with the patient group.

You are solution-focused, receptive, and reflective.

Meritorious if you have experience in supervision as we have PTP psychologists and psychology students at the clinic.
