Attendo Ektorpsgården on Lidingö is a small, family-like residence with 35 apartments spread across four units (dementia and somatic care). We have a stable and secure team with low staff turnover.
Our staff consists, in addition to care assistants and assistant nurses, of a operations manager, a group manager/planning coordinator, two unit managers (assistant nurses), and two registered nurses. We are currently looking for a new registered nurse colleague. We offer free staff parking if you drive a car.
Job Description
- Permanent position, 100% (negotiable)
- Working hours: 37 hours/week
- Daytime hours approx. 08:00–16:00, and currently every third weekend (may change to every fourth weekend)
- Start date: According to agreement

We are looking for someone who thrives on building good relationships with residents and their relatives, and who is driven by creating safety, quality, and value in everyday life. You are service-oriented, responsible, and comfortable both giving and receiving feedback as well as constructive criticism.
The role involves coordinating and supporting the care staff in their daily work and contributing to a safe and well-functioning operation. An important part of the assignment is to hold daily care meetings to ensure good communication and continuity in care. Responsibility covers the care of approximately 18–20 residents, with a focus on ensuring safe, secure, and person-centered care. The work is conducted in accordance with the operation's annual calendar for planned controls, follow-ups, and quality work.
The role also includes participating in doctor rounds, following up on decided measures, and contributing the nursing perspective to medical work. Documentation is done in the Welfare system, and the work includes registration and follow-up in the quality registers Senior Alert, Palliative Care Register, and BPSD. Several digital systems are used in daily work, including Appva for medication signing.
The role also involves contributing to the operation's competence development through educational and informational initiatives at APT (Annual Performance Review) and other forums. Collaboration with different professional groups is a natural part of the work, and participation occurs regularly in team meetings with rehabilitation staff, nurse meetings, APT, quality meetings, and management group meetings to jointly develop and ensure high quality in the operation.
