Technical Sales Support at Furhoffs Rostfria – A Key Customer-Facing Role

We are now looking for an engaged employee for our technical sales support who wants to help develop our customer relationships and contribute to our continued growth.

Your Daily Work

In the role of technical sales support, you are a key part of our customer dialogue. You handle both commercial and technical questions and are responsible for ensuring our customers receive fast, clear, and professional assistance.

You have many points of contact and work closely with inside sales and hybrid sales teams. Together, you ensure that our customers receive the right solution at the right time.

Your responsibilities include, among other things:

• Handling orders, inquiries, and quotation cases
• Managing complaints, returns, and questions regarding shipping and delivery
• Creating and managing customer setups
• Guiding customers regarding products, solutions, and orders
• Identifying needs and initiating further activities within the organization
• Working with contracted customers who make ongoing calls to their projects

You actively contribute to efficient working methods and a strong customer focus, and support colleagues across role and area boundaries when needed. This is a full-time position (100%), and you will work on-site from our office in Skövde.

Who Are You?

We are looking for someone who thrives in a service-oriented role with many parallel cases. You have a technical interest, are solution-oriented, and have a natural feel for customer interaction.

• Have experience in customer service, support, or similar work
• Have a technical interest and a desire to understand products and solutions
• Are communicative and confident in dialogue with customers
• Have good administrative skills and work in a structured manner
• Thrive in a fast-paced environment and can prioritize between different cases
• Are a team player who enjoys collaborating and supporting colleagues

It is an advantage if you:

• Have experience from the construction industry
• Have worked in business systems or CRM
