About the Company

Our client, Golv & Kakel Måleri Gävleborg, is a comprehensive surface coating company delivering total solutions for both interior and exterior surfaces. It is a personal business based in Söderhamn with local branches in Bollnäs, Gävle, and Hudiksvall. Their area of operation covers all of Central Sweden.

Your Responsibilities

You will work at several of their branches in Gävle, Bollnäs, Hudiksvall, and Söderhamn. The work mainly consists of:

• Laying plastic mats, linoleum, and vinyl floors.
• Pattern matching and welding seams for a tight and aesthetic result.
• Wet room work, including slope construction and installation of waterproofing/wall mats.
• Preparatory work such as sanding, filling, and self-leveling screed.

The role offers freedom under responsibility, and you will plan a large part of your workday yourself based on incoming assignments.

Your Background and Qualities

We are looking for you who are an experienced floor layer with pride in your profession and who appreciate both quality and good service. To apply for the position, we would like you to:

• Have 5 years of documented experience as a floor layer.
• Work independently and have the ability to plan your work.
• Be meticulous, result-oriented, and solution-oriented.
• Have a positive attitude and good social competence.
• Enjoy customer contact and teamwork.
• Fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written.
• Hold a valid B driver's license.
