Welcome to Sweden's leading center for supercomputer infrastructure and data storage! NAISS (National Academic Infrastructure for Supercomputing in Sweden) offers advanced computing resources and storage services to academic users across the country. With Linköping University as the host and a network of 12 partner universities, we are a central player in Swedish and European research.

Our systems, including the national AI supercomputer Berzelius and the HPC resource Arrhenius, are the core of our operations. These high-performance systems support advanced workloads and are available 24/7 to researchers in Sweden and Europe.

About the Role

As part of our operations team, you will work on everything from design and commissioning to the continuous development of our storage systems. You will have the opportunity to work independently and take responsibility for projects that shape the future of data storage within academia.

About You

To succeed in this role, you should have a relevant university degree and experience with Linux system administration. We prefer candidates with good proficiency in both Swedish and English, as communication with users and documentation are important parts of the job.

Qualifications that are considered an advantage include but are not limited to:

• Experience with cloud technology and parallel file systems.
• Knowledge of configuration management and version control.

You are an independent, detail-oriented person with strong collaborative skills. Your work will be crucial in ensuring our systems meet the high demands of today's cutting-edge research.
