About the role

As an Economic and Payroll Administrator with us, you will have a varied and developmental role in a team that values both quality and well-being. You will work broadly with ongoing tasks in the accounting department and be an important part of ensuring that our economic processes run smoothly.

Your main responsibilities:

• Payroll administration for hourly paid employees and salaried staff.
• Supplier accounts, invoice management, coding, and handling of payments.
• Customer accounts, controls, as well as payments and reminders.
• Monthly reconciliations.
• Bookkeeping.
• Monthly closing and reporting.
• Other administrative tasks within the accounting department.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has education in accounting/economics and/or experience in similar work.
• Has experience with payroll work.
• Is careful, structured, and used to working independently.
• Is curious, willing to develop skills, and take on new tasks in the future.
• Has good computer skills and experience with accounting systems (meritorious if you have worked with Fortnox, Visma Payroll, or Entre).
• Thrives in collaboration and contributes to a positive work climate.

Practical information

• Scope: Temporary position with possibility of extension.
• Location: Borås or Gothenburg (possibility of remote work exists).
• Start date: August.
