About the Role of Inside Sales Representative

As an Inside Sales Representative, you will work in a broad and varied role, driving customer projects from initial contact to delivery. The role combines sales, purchasing, delivery monitoring, and customer service, making you a key part of both the customers' and their businesses' success. You will work closely with customers and suppliers to find the right solutions based on customer needs and ensure high service throughout the entire process.

In this role, you are responsible for quotations, order placement, price negotiations, and delivery follow-up, while simultaneously building long-term customer relationships and gradually taking on greater independent customer responsibility. The role involves many touchpoints and suits you if you thrive in a fast-paced environment where structure, problem-solving, and service are a natural part of your daily routine.

Your Main Responsibilities:

• Drive and develop business through close dialogue with customers and suppliers.
• Work operationally with purchasing, order placement, quoting, and delivery follow-up.
• Build long-term customer relationships through a commercial and service-oriented approach.

About You

To succeed in this role, we look for candidates with experience in customer-facing positions, such as sales, customer service, purchasing, or logistics. You have good computer and system skills and feel confident working in business systems. Furthermore, you are fluent in both Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing, and hold a valid driver's license (Category B). Post-secondary education in a relevant field is an advantage but not a requirement.

As a person, you are service-minded, communicative, and solution-oriented. You thrive in a role with many touchpoints and have the ability to handle multiple parallel tasks while working in a structured and meticulous manner. Additionally, you are responsible, curious, and motivated by building long-term relationships where you can combine service with business acumen.

Requirements for the Position:

• High school or post-secondary education in fields such as sales, economics, logistics, or similar.
• Previous experience in an administrative and/or commercial role, such as order processing, inside sales, customer service, or coordination.
• Good system proficiency and strong knowledge of the Office suite, especially Excel.
• Fluent proficiency in Swedish and English, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work in a structured, independent, and service-oriented manner.

Merits:

• Experience from the electronics, technology, or logistics industry.
• Technical interest and understanding of electronic components or related products.

Other Details

Start Date: According to agreement.

Scope: Consulting assignment, initially 6 months with the ambition of permanent employment.

Location: Mölndal, Gothenburg.
