Do you want to work closely with management in a business-critical and strategic role where you have the opportunity to influence, create structures, and drive large initiatives forward? We are now looking for a driven and communicative Technical Project Lead Coordinator / Strategic PMO for an expanding company within IT and network infrastructure. About the role
In this role, you will act as a strategic extension of the business leadership and support both operational and strategic initiatives. The role is new and has been created based on a growing need for structure, coordination, and stakeholder management in complex technical deliveries.
You will work closely with senior decision-makers and have significant authority to drive projects, coordinate initiatives, and create clarity in a business undergoing strong development. The focus is on relieving the management team, holding larger initiatives together, and ensuring progress in cross-functional projects. This is a role for you if you thrive at the intersection of technology, project management, stakeholder management, and strategic change work.

The position is located in Stockholm or the Uppsala region with a hybrid setup where three days per week are worked from the office. Travel within the Nordic countries may occur approximately once a month.

Responsibilities
In the role, you will among other things:
- Drive and coordinate strategic and technical initiatives.
- Act as support to management in prioritization, structuring, and follow-up.
- Be responsible for stakeholder management both internally and externally.
- Handle escalations, customer dialogues, and cross-functional activities.
- Create and develop processes, working methods, and structure.
- Prepare presentations, decision support materials, and reporting to management.
- Coordinate activities between technology, delivery, project, and business.
- Participate in larger customer and business initiatives.
- Contribute to the building of a future organization and PMO function.
We are looking for you who
- Have experience in technical project management, PMO, or strategic change work.
- Are accustomed to working in complex IT environments.
- Have excellent communication skills and the ability to build trust with various stakeholders.
- Have the ability to drive initiatives independently and take ownership.
- Have advanced communication skills.
- Have experience coordinating multiple parallel activities and projects.
- Have strong presentation skills and are proficient in PowerPoint.
- Have strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Speak and write fluently in Swedish and English.
It is meritorious if you have experience with:
- Telecom, networks, or IT infrastructure.
- SD-WAN, LAN/WiFi, or security solutions.
- Platforms such as Versa, Fortinet, Aruba, or Cisco.
- Stakeholder management at senior leadership levels.
- Change management and process development.
- Work in Nordic or international organizations.
