About us

Norstat Sverige AB is Sweden's leading company in data collection and market research.

From our office in Linköping, we conduct many thousands of market surveys via telephone every year, as well as recruiting respondents for more qualitative studies. We use well-documented methods to collect reliable data on all conceivable topics.

Through our call center, we also continuously recruit new members to our online panel, panel.se.

Norstat has offices in 15 countries and is Northern Europe's largest data collector for all types of surveys. In Sweden, we are represented in Stockholm, Linköping, and Gothenburg.

About the position

You will work with market research where topics and methods vary. The surveys are primarily conducted via telephone interviews, but you may also have the opportunity to conduct face-to-face interviews and recruit people to participate in, for example, product tests, focus groups, and user tests.

During daytime hours, we primarily target businesses, while in the evenings and on weekends, we target private individuals.

As an interviewer, you must be fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written.

Previous experience in telemarketing or customer service is an advantage.
