Kry Health Centre in Nyköping is located in newly renovated, fresh premises in the heart of the harbor. The health centre has just over 5,000 registered patients. We work together and look at the whole picture regarding the care of our patients. We help each other when needed and have understanding for each other's work. About the role

We are looking for you who are a service-oriented and responsible receptionist and who want to become an important part of our team. You are the first person our patients meet – you are our face and play a central role in creating a professional and welcoming reception. You will staff the reception, receive patients and visitors. The role includes, among other things, being responsible for reception duties, cash register transactions, mail handling, managing healthcare contacts, and booking interpreters. The work may be expanded with other tasks as needed.

Qualifications & skills

• Good knowledge of Swedish and English.
• Good computer skills and an ability to learn new systems easily.
• Detail-oriented, structured, and responsible.
• Experience from administrative work is meritorious but not a requirement.
• Great emphasis is placed on personal suitability.
