We are looking for waitstaff for our new restaurant in Hornsberg.

In August 2026, we will open the doors to our new restaurant in completely newly renovated premises. The restaurant is located a stone's throw from Hornsberg Strand on Western Kungsholmen (Lindhagensgatan 126) and includes a production kitchen, an à la carte kitchen, a carefully renovated dining room, and a lovely outdoor terrace.

Good traditional Swedish home cooking and world-class hospitality are the foundation of our operations. In the evenings, we aim to be the best neighborhood pub on Kungsholmen. We are looking for you who love service and understand the importance of taking care of our guests in the best possible way. You will be part of a service and kitchen team of approximately 10 people. Working hours vary, and the restaurant is open Monday through Saturday. Proviant was founded in 2007, and Proviant Hornsberg will become part of the Proviant Group, which operates at four other locations in the Stockholm area.

Our areas of operation at Proviant Hornsberg

• Breakfast with products from our own bakery, Monday–Friday
• Brick lunch with plated dishes, Monday–Friday, approx. 150–200 lunches/day
• Evening à la carte, Wednesday through Saturday
• Saturday brunch
• Catering – coffee breaks, lunch, and dinner
• Events and parties

We are looking for

• A positive and cheerful colleague with basic knowledge and interest in food & drink, and a few years of experience in à la carte service
• A spreader of joy among both guests and colleagues
• A meticulous and structured employee who enjoys juggling multiple tasks at a high pace
