As an Administrative Coordinator within service and logistics, you will step into the heart of the operations. Your role is central to creating order, reducing error margins, and ensuring that flows run smoothly in a rapidly growing business. You will belong to the service department and have many contact points with both logistics and finance.

Together with Energifabriken, we are now looking for an Administrative Coordinator within service and logistics, a central role in a dynamic business. To fit this role, we believe you have a natural drive to create order and work in a structured manner. You thrive with a lot of responsibility and do not leave things half-finished, while also not being afraid to take charge when sudden changes occur and problems need to be solved. You are good at prioritizing and thrive in a role where no day is like the other. We also believe you have strong communication skills and always want to offer the best possible service.

In this position, you can be located in either Linköping or Lund.

Responsibilities

As a coordinator, your main task is to relieve the team and hold the whole picture together. The work is administrative but far from static – conditions can change quickly, and you need to enjoy reprioritizing throughout the day.

• Administer and coordinate filling stations, delivery points, and customer data in internal systems.
• Support the launch of new stations and flows.
• Handle support cases and act as the link between different internal functions.
• Drive improvement work: find smarter structures and more efficient ways of working.
• Ensure that all information in the systems is up-to-date and correct.

We are looking for someone who

• Has a few years of experience in administrative work, preferably in a coordinating role within logistics and/or service.
• Has good knowledge of working with various types of computer systems.
• Has good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written.
