We are now looking for experienced engineers to design and implement advanced test and integration environments for our client in Arboga. The client is one of the leading technical consulting firms in the Nordics, serving customers within defense, the defense industry, and civil infrastructure. Here, you will work at the forefront of technology with a broad spectrum of areas, from electronics and microwaves to cooling and power, in a dynamic environment.

About the Role

As a Technical Designer, you will play a central role in designing and implementing a technical test and integration environment. You will be responsible for developing solutions, designing, and translating requirements into functional implementations, in close collaboration with technicians.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement technical test and integration environments.
• Design and translate requirements into functional implementations.
• Collaborate closely with technicians in practical work.
• Work on the development of advanced test platforms.
• Handle integration and practical implementation within various technical fields.

We are looking for someone who has

• An engineering degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience in design, systems work, or technical design.
• Ability to translate needs and requirements into concrete solutions.
• Advanced system understanding and experience working across multiple technical fields (e.g., electronics, RF/microwave, mechanics, cooling, power, radar technology).
• Swedish citizenship, as this is required to undergo a security clearance.
• Valid driver's license (Category B).

It is an advantage if you have

• Experience from working within the defense sector.
• Experience in creating test environments.
