Din Bil Equipment Center in Halmstad is now looking for a spare parts assistant for a longer-term assignment starting in August. Job Responsibilities

As a spare parts assistant, you will become an important part of the daily operations on the department. You are responsible for supporting technicians by ensuring that the right parts are available. The role includes among other things:

• Receiving and registering incoming deliveries
• Ordering spare parts and following up on deliveries
• Handling returns and complaints
• Working with packing and issuing materials
• Performing administrative tasks related to inventory and orders
• Contributing to order and structure in the warehouse

You work closely with your colleagues in the team and report to the responsible spare parts manager.

Your Profile

We are looking for you who have completed upper secondary education and have an interest in vehicles and technology. You have previous experience in customer service, warehouse work, or spare parts work and feel comfortable using both the phone and computer in your daily work. It is an advantage if you have previously worked in the automotive industry. You have good knowledge of the Office package and are accustomed to administrative tasks.

As a person, you are positive, meticulous, responsible, and have an easy time getting used to new systems and work routines. You can understand and follow instructions in both Swedish and English. It is important that you enjoy working independently while also appreciating teamwork.

Requirements

• Experience in customer service and/or spare parts/warehouse work
• Good Swedish and English in speech and writing
• Good phone and computer skills
• Category B driver's license
• Clean criminal record
• Forklift license A+B (meritorious)

About the Employment

This position is a full-time temporary assignment until the summer of 2027, starting in August 2026, with a chance of extension. Working hours are Monday–Thursday 07:00–16:30 and Fridays 07:00–14:00.

You will be employed as a consultant through us at Fordonsakademin.
