Your Responsibilities

You will work with filling, filtering, and mixing special chemicals used in the automotive, ventilation, and defense industries, among others. The work is varied and includes, among other things:

• Filling raw materials from large containers into bottles and drums.

• Filtering various products.

• Weighing and mixing raw materials according to instructions.

• Handling different packaging sizes.

• Documentation in production logs and quality certificates.

• Other common tasks within production.

You will become part of a small production team of 3–4 people, where you together are responsible for ensuring high quality and that production runs according to plan.

Your Profile

We are looking for someone who is meticulous, structured, and understands the importance of always following instructions and work routines. Since the work involves handling chemical products, safety is always the top priority. You respect safety regulations, work methodically, and do not take shortcuts.

You are also flexible, curious, and have an aptitude for learning new tasks. Punctuality, taking responsibility, and contributing to a positive work environment are second nature to you.

To thrive in this role, you also need basic mathematical skills and feel comfortable documenting your work in production logs and quality certificates.

Requirements for the Position

• High school education

• Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written

• Basic mathematical skills

• Category B driver's license and access to a car

Merits

• Experience from manufacturing industry or production

• Forklift license

• Experience with chemical handling or process industry

Details

Location: Halmstad (North)

Start Date: According to agreement

Employment Type: Permanent with a 6-month probationary period

Working Hours: Weekdays, 07:00–16:00

Salary: According to collective agreement

This position will initially start as a rental assignment where you are employed by JL TalentHub but work at our client's company. There are good opportunities to receive direct employment with our client after this period.
