About the Role

We are looking for dedicated Treatment Assistants with experience working with children and young people with neuropsychiatric disabilities (NPD), such as ADHD and autism. As a contact person, you will become an important part of the child's daily life, supporting them in handling social situations, creating structure, and promoting independence.

Responsibilities

• Be a stable and secure adult figure in the child's or young person's life.
• Support the child in daily life with structure, routines, and social training.
• Participate in leisure activities and help the child develop their interests.
• Maintain a low-affective approach and work with adapted strategies for NPD.
• Collaborate with foster homes, schools, social services, and other stakeholders.

Who are we looking for?

• You have experience working with children and young people with NPD diagnoses, particularly autism and ADHD.
• You possess knowledge of low-affective approaches and adapted pedagogical methods.
• You are a stable and secure adult with strong relationship-building skills.
• You are patient, flexible, and understand individual needs.
• A B-class driver's license is an advantage but not a requirement.
