We are a residential facility for people with dementia diagnoses, accommodating 54 residents spread across three floors. We are located directly opposite Långbroparken, near Fruängens Centrum.

Job Description

We are currently looking for you who can work on an hourly basis with us now, as well as work on a schedule during the summer months of May–September 2026.

About You

We are looking for someone driven by working with people and making a real difference for our residents every day. You have the ability to empower and support residents in all aspects of daily life.

As a person, you are meticulous and engaged with our residents and their relatives. You collaborate easily, have a pedagogical approach, and contribute to a good and pleasant atmosphere in our workplace.

We seek you with experience from care work; a nursing assistant education or equivalent is meritorious, as is previous experience in elderly care and with people with dementia diagnoses. Great emphasis is placed on attitude, communication, and documentation in the journal system.

Qualifications

• Nursing assistant education of at least 1350 credits.
• Professional certificate from the National Board of Health and Welfare (Socialstyrelsen) or a certificate from current/former employer regarding permanent employment as a nursing assistant.
• Good knowledge of the Swedish language (spoken and written).
• Good computer skills/computer literacy.

You enjoy providing good service, building nice relationships, and want to give quality of life to our residents. You are an independent, humble, and responsible person who is passionate about elderly care and can recognize individual needs.

About the Recruitment Process
