About the role

We are looking for a Senior Mechanical Designer/Lead Engineer for our client, a global leader in innovative solutions for the forestry, gardening, and construction industries. You will be working from the office in Jonsered, Partille Municipality.

In this role, you will handle a variety of technical tasks within mechanical design, expected to take significant responsibility and drive the work forward independently. The role involves handling various design challenges and contributing broad technical expertise. This role suits you if you are driven, solution-oriented, and thrive in a broad technical position.

Qualifications:

• At least 5 years of experience in mechanical design
• Excellent proficiency in CATIA V5
• Senior profile with the ability to work independently
• Strong self-motivation and initiative
• Broad technical understanding
• Experience as a general mechanical designer

Meritorious:

• Knowledge of vibration technology
• Experience or understanding of electric motors

Scope and start date

Full-time, consulting assignment for 12 months, with a possibility of extension. Start after the summer.
